classification of waste according to the Ministry of the Environment dated 27 September 2001 on the waste (Journal of Laws No. 112, item 1206). Classifies them according to the their source, the following 20 groups:
* waste resulting from exploration, mining, physical and chemical processing of ores and other minerals - 01,
* wastes from agriculture, horticulture, aquaculture, fisheries, forestry, hunting and food processing - 02,
* waste from wood processing and production of panels and furniture, pulp, paper and cardboard - 03,
* wastes from the leather, fur and textile - 04,
* waste from processing crude oil, natural gas purification and pyrolytic treatment of coal - 05,
* wastes from the manufacture, preparation, marketing and use of inorganic chemical industry - 06,
* wastes from the manufacture, preparation, marketing and use of organic chemicals - 07,
* Wastes from the manufacture, preparation, marketing and use of protective coatings (paints, varnishes, ceramic materials), adhesives, sealants and printing inks - 08,
* wastes from industry, photographic industry and photographic services - 09,
* wastes from thermal - 10,
* wastes from chemical surface treatment and coating of metals and other materials and processes nonferrous hydrometallurgy - 11,
* wastes from shaping and physical and mechanical surface treatment of metals and plastics - 12,
* waste oil and waste liquid fuels (except oil ware, 05, 12 and 19) - 13,
* waste organic solvents, refrigerants and propellants (except 07 and 08) - 14,
* packaging waste, absorbents, wiping cloths, filter materials and protective clothing not included in other groups - 15,
* wastes not included in other groups - 16,
* waste from construction and demolition of buildings and road infrastructure (including soil from contaminated sites) - 17,
* Medical and veterinary wastes - 18 ,
* wastes from the installations and facilities for land development waste, sewage treatment and drinking water treatment and water for industrial purposes - 19,
* municipal wastes including separately collected fractions - 20
